EP Satellite system passed the Mission Critical Design Review

The EP Satellite system passed the Mission Critical Design Review (MCDR) on March 25, 2022. This milestone marks the beginning of phase D --- the flight model phase. The review was organized by the EP project administration office at NSSC, and the meeting was held as hybrid of being on-site and on-line. Around 90 representatives from the Bureau of Major R&D Programs, NSSC, NAOC, MicroSAT, SITP, IHEP, NNVT, and TIPC, participated the meeting.

After discussions by the panelists on the reviewing board, it was concluded that the satellite has completed the development of Phase C, and the test results showed that the satellite design was reasonable, and the functions and performance met the mission requirements.
