EP/WXT flux to count rate conversion

This conversion factor can be used to convert flux density of an X-ray source to the expected counte rate detected by the detector of EP when the source is observed. The conversion factor C is defined as CR(WXT)=C*flux(source), where flux(source) and CR(WXT) are in units of 1E-9 erg/s/cm^2 and cts/s, respectively. The conversion factors are for a source spectral model of a power-law modified by absorption, assuming a range of photon indices and absorption column densities. The energy band is  0.5-4.0keV.
